gee do ya think he’s talking about the Congressional Black Caucus (of which BHO is a member) , or Black Entertainment Television, or racially segregated police groups like the Black Police Officers Associaton or the Latino Police Officers Association?
The “coward” here is Holder, because he stops short of saying what he really means, that whitey is responsible for the perceived racial discord in this country.
