You were articulate, well informed, polite, every point you made was valid and it was an absolute delight talking with you. You, along with the fireman we spoke with, deserved far more than I could give you in the final video. In fact, after watching all the footage, you and a few others have inspired me to spend my free time creating a series of videos of our day.
