On My Reading List: Jim Schutze’s “The Accommodation”

Like Rod, I haven’t read it yet. But it’s now on the list for both the reasons Rod cites and because I just love reading Jim Schutze. Thus, The Accommodation is next, right after I finish this, this, and this. (h/t FB)

The FACINATING thing about this thread you link to here of Rod’s, it no longer exists on the DMN blog. So your link being intact, your’re an archival now. Actually, I though it made a great venue for some very real points that go ignored by those who dismiss Dallas as a raw frontier in need of ‘religion’. Problem is, the ‘gods’ in Dallas are monet and power. And like poker, not smart to place bets unless you’re good at the game and have some back-story training before entering that back room shouting ‘deal me in’.

TREY Can you invest in and install spell check capability on this blog with those big buck royalties you rake in like a croupier daily?

Per above: Yes, ‘monet’ does a nice painting but money talks.
